Finding the studio
The studio sits on the even side of Verkhniy Val, in the lower part of Podil, a short walk from the river embankment.
Take the blue line to Kontraktova Ploshcha. Leave by the Verkhniy Val exit, cross to the even side, and walk uphill for about nine minutes. Trams and buses along Nyzhniy Val stop two blocks away.
Street parking on Verkhniy Val is metered on weekdays between 8:00 and 20:00. Two paid lots near Kontraktova Ploshcha charge by the hour. Podil lanes are narrow, so a compact car makes the last turn easier.
The studio runs by appointment, so the door is opened for you. Arrive five minutes early to settle in. If you are more than ten minutes late, we may shorten the service or move it.
Ground floor, step-free entry from the courtyard. Ring the marked bell and wait for the latch. No stairs to climb, and the waiting bench seats two.
