Terms of Service
These Terms govern bookings, cancellations, payments and use of playopsa.com.
1. General provisions
The site playopsa.com is operated by playopsa.com LLC, EDRPOU 37176995, 14A Verkhniy Val St, Podil, Kyiv, 04071, Ukraine; Managing Director Daniel Meyer. These Terms are a public offer under the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015.
2. Booking appointments
Bookings are made via the website or by phone and require accurate contact details. A booking is confirmed only after our confirmation message. We may decline or reschedule a booking if the service is unavailable.
3. Payments
Prices are stated in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) and paid by card or bank transfer. playopsa.com LLC is a single tax payer, so VAT is not added unless required by law. Ordering, payment and delivery follow the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel free of charge at least 24 hours before the appointment; later cancellations may be charged in part. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of a valid request.
5. Consumer rights and complaints
You may request information about services and file complaints at contact@playopsa.com or +380 688 983 3351; we reply within 30 days. Rights and complaint procedures are set by the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' No. 1023-XII of 12 May 1991.
6. Personal data
Personal data is processed only for booking, payment and support, as described in our Privacy Policy, under the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010. Cookies that process personal data are used only with your prior consent.
7. Advertising and content
Site information is accurate and not misleading; we make no false guarantees or unsubstantiated superlative claims. Advertising is governed by the Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-VR of 3 July 1996.
8. Liability and changes
We are not liable for indirect losses. We may amend these Terms; the current version is always published here. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these Terms.
